- Fertilize your lawn - keep excess off of your concrete as this can stain the surface!
- Adequately water the lawn as needed

- Water foundation to maintain constant moisture in dry seasons
- Check smoke and carbon monoxide detector batteries

- Use wood conditioner on all wood cabinets
- Inspect backsplash caulking and re-caulk as needed
